The direct approach is often required when looking for rare profiles. It enables you to reach candidates who are not necessarily actively seeking new employment, but maybe open to considering new opportunities.

Our research team also utilises CV libraries, and online professional networking sites to conduct multi criteria searches in order to identify passive candidates
