This recruitment method consists of identifying and contacting the candidate directly and confidentially, based on a clearly defined profile. The direct approach is often required when looking for rare profiles. It enables you to reach candidates who are not necessarily actively seeking new employment, but maybe open to considering new opportunities.

Executive Search and Selection Methodology

Using this methodology, we search the market using adverts published in the written press and on specialist online portals combined with an Executive Search campaign.
Our research team also utilises CV libraries, and online professional networking sites to conduct multi criteria searches in order to identify passive candidates
