Search and pre-selection phase

Talents First will draft a long list of potential candidates identified through multiples sources (Executive Search and Selection, professional network, candidate databases, CV libraries, online job portals, professional directories).

Further to compiling the long list, Talents First will presents to our client's organisation a shortlist of final candidates based on the pre-agreed parameters of the search. All candidates will have been thoroughly interviewed and an individual report will have been compiled.
