Francine Jeanblanc - Schwab : Talents First

Francine Jeanblanc-Schwab is one of our two Joint Managing Directors at Talents First. The focus of her role is to develop and energize our portfolio of clients located in France and Europe. She draws on 15 years of experience in Executive Search and Human Resources consulting. She created an international department within an Executive Search organisation in France and led recruitment assignments across Europe through a network of partners.

She has also specialised in assisting investors as well as German and German-speaking companies which establish subsidiaries in France and look for their first managers, and sales teams. During her last experience working for a major UK recruitment firm, she was promoted to Practice Head managing several teams of executive search consultants based in Strasbourg and Paris.

This experience enabled her to build on her core traits, progress in her career and acquire new expertise: regularly using balanced scorecards, training in management methods for a research and a commercial team while working with state-of-the-art techniques for analysing the behaviour and skills of candidates. Francine Jeanblanc-Schwab has a post-graduate degree in human resources and began working in the Human Resources department of a large German industrial company. She speaks German and English fluently.
