Mike Yew : Talents First
Mike Yew is one of the two Joint Managing Directors at Talents First. He is responsible for the strategic business development in France and internationally and also oversees the operational and administrative management of our recruitment organisation.
Located at our Strasbourg headquarters, Mike boasts more than 12 years experience in the field of recruitment and is specialised in International Executive Search and Selection and the staffing and developing of industry leading executive recruitment teams.
Prior to founding Talent First, he held key leadership positions within the French and UK Executive Search industry, which included Director Europe, Director International Appointments and Country Director France for over a decade.
He has built a wealth of knowledge and experience assisting North American and European organisations opening new markets, sourcing expert in manufacturing for major industry hubs on an multi-national level.
Mike Yew has completed a Bachelor of Art Hons in Corporate Finance, preceded by a preparatory course in European Studies. He speaks fluent French and English.
